Check intervals depend on your plan. Our Free plan runs checks every 5 minutes, while Professional and Enterprise plans support intervals from 1 minute to 5 minutes. You can customize the check frequency for each monitor individually.
We monitor from multiple global regions including North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Professional plans allow you to select specific regions, while Enterprise plans include all available regions for comprehensive global coverage.

Maintenance windows allow you to schedule planned downtime without triggering alerts. Simply set the start and end times for your maintenance period, and Uptimely will pause notifications for affected monitors during that window.

Yes! Our Free plan includes 3 monitors with 5-minute check intervals and email notifications. It's perfect for small projects or trying out Uptimely before upgrading to a paid plan.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remaining period.

We store check results for 30 days on the Free plan, 90 days on Starter, 180 days on Professional, and 365 days on Enterprise. Incident history is retained for the lifetime of your account on all plans.
